Programs

Hiring Credits
Companies who are hiring individuals from targeted groups such as veterans, public assistance recipients and disadvantaged youth are eligible for incentives equal to thousands of dollars per qualified hire. These are available both as Federal and state programs.
Job Creation Credits
In an effort to increase the business workforce, many states have created incentives for companies to create new jobs. While all very different programs, these are typically strong economic incentives for qualified businesses.
Enterprise Zone Programs
Recognizing the need for revitalization of targeted areas, both Federal and state tax credits exist for businesses who locate in targeted areas.
Training Incentives
To increase the quality of the workforce, most states offer some type of training grant or tax credit assistance to businesses who invest in training. This can include internal, external or on the job training. With reimbursements in the range of 50% to 100% of the cost of training, many of these programs can have a significant impact on the business.
Site Selection/Discretionary Funds
Companies who are looking to expand or relocate their workforce can benefit greatly from site selection and incentive negotiation services. Cost Segregation/Accelerated Depreciation
Commercial property owners or tenants who invest in property improvements can increase their cash flow significantly by depreciating commercial property assets over 5, 7 or 15 years instead of straight-line 39 years. Assigning shorter recovery lives to assets that qualify as personal property and site improvements can generally result in significant tax savings. Identification

For programs which require employee screening, we will tailor a process to screen your employees in a manner which is seamless to your existing hiring process. A seamless process is critical for identifying and maximizing the significant economic benefit for each qualified employee.
Application/Certification
Many programs require companies to prepare and submit applications or proposals to the government before participating. Our team can manage this process and prepare all required applications and obtain the certifications on your behalf.
Negotiation
In addition to credits and grants which are “on the books”, many state and local governments have discretionary funds and programs for business attraction and retention purposes. We can help you to tap into these funds.
Compliance and Administration

Cost Segregation
