Management Team
William F. Becker, Chief Executive Officer (Co-Founder): As CEO, Mr. Becker is responsible for driving the strategic vision of the company and oversees the operational aspects of the company. He brings 17 years in public accounting, consulting, and Fortune 500 industry experience to the company. Most recently Bill served as Chief Operating Officer of one of the nation’s largest incentives companies. Mr. Becker oversaw all of the company's operations, personnel and management of the company's client base. Prior to his role as COO, Bill was a founder of ITax Group.
Shaung Liu, Chief Technology Officer (Co-Founder): As CTO, Mr. Liu is responsible for product development and the management of the IT Division of the company. Shaung has extensive hands-on team management and executive management experience in the software and consulting industries. He was Vice President of Retail Development, Demand Management for SAP in Scottsdale, Arizona. As Vice President of Engineering for First Advantage, Shaung was a member of the senior management team responsible for all aspects of product development for the Tax Consulting Services division.
Cheryl Dallner, Vice President of Corporate Development: As Vice President of Corporate Development, Ms. Dallner is responsible for driving mutually profitable partnerships for Incentives Advisors and its partners. She brings 13 years in sales and marketing experience, including the past 9 years in the talent management market. Most recently, Cheryl managed strategic alliances for Kronos' Hiring Solutions Group where she developed and managed relationships with over 40 companies in the hiring tax credit screening, pre-employment background and drug screening, and e-recruitment markets. Cheryl has a BSBA in International Business and Marketing from Marquette University.
Shawn Anderson, Vice President of Sales: As Vice President of Sales, Mr. Anderson is responsible for national sales recruitment, training and new business development. Mr. Anderson brings deep management experience in sales, marketing and product management in the incentives industry to Incentives Advisors.
Most recently, Shawn served as the National Sales Manager with Paychex, Inc Tax Credit Services and built that division to multi-million dollars in revenue in 2009 within 7 years. Previously, over the past sixteen years, Shawn has held many sales and product management positions with Paychex, Inc. Prior to Paychex, Shawn spent 13 years at Eastman Kodak Co. working in Research and Development.
