William F. Becker, Chief Executive Officer (Co-Founder): As CEO, Mr. Becker is responsible for driving the strategic vision of the company and oversees the operational aspects of the company. He brings 17 years in public accounting, consulting, and Fortune 500 industry experience to the company. Most recently Bill served as Chief Operating Officer of one of the nation’s largest incentives companies. Mr. Becker oversaw all of the company’s operations, personnel and management of the company’s client base. Prior to his role as COO, Bill was a founder of ITax Group. |

Bryant W. Colman, President (Co-Founder): As President, Mr. Colman is responsible for all business development efforts, overseeing the National Sales Group and Channel Management. He has worked in the areas of site selection, incentive negotiation, direct sales and channel management for the past 15 years. Bryant has been a business development leader in this sector. In 2006 he was recognized as a “Top Gun” in the industry by one of the largest incentives companies in the U.S. Mr. Colman is also an accomplished speaker and has been featured at several national conferences on the topics of site selection and incentive management. |

Shaung Liu, Chief Technology Officer (Co-Founder): As CTO, Mr. Liu is responsible for product development and the management of the IT Division of the company. Shaung has extensive hands-on team management and executive management experience in the software and consulting industries. He was Vice President of Retail Development, Demand Management for SAP in Scottsdale, Arizona. As Vice President of Engineering for First Advantage, Shaung was a member of the senior management team responsible for all aspects of product development for the Tax Consulting Services division. |

Kimberly Longfellow, Director of Finance & Operations: Ms. Longfellow is the Director of Operations and Compliance and is a member of the company’s executive management team. She oversees the administration of projects for Incentives Advisors and is responsible for the company’s operational strategies, finance management and human resources. Ms. Longfellow is a Certified Public Accountant. She has served as CFO for Keller Williams Southwest Realty and The Steele Foundation. In addition, Ms. Longfellow published and co-authored a publication to assist businesses with tax organization and strategy. |

Vicki Bichekas, Director of Marketing: Ms. Bichekas has been involved in the Greater Phoenix business community for over 30 years. For ten years, she served with the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC), a non-profit private/public partnership made up of 18 communities and 200+ businesses within Maricopa County. In her role as Vice President of Marketing/Communications, Vicki was responsible for identifying target markets for business recruitment efforts and for organizing executive sales missions to New York, Washington D.C., Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles. In 1997, she was selected for Leadership America as one of 90 women throughout the U.S. recognized for outstanding leadership accomplishments. |
